There was a boy who was studying architecture but whose dream was to work in the fashion  industry, and in particular he wanted to become the Store Manager of a store in his hometown, Pescara. After some months he managed to fulfil his dream, however he soon realized it was a bit too small. Nonetheless he did not get discouraged. The Company he was working for was not a limited space but a space open to the world, the perfect place where to keep on dreaming.

That guy was Raffaele Palladinetti, today he is 37 and is currently working as Southern Italy Area Manager for Terranova brand. He does not rest on his laurels, but has a strong will to grow and face new challenges. At the same time, however, from his words it is clear a genuine passion for the time he is experiencing, made of work, human relationships and a great heritage to be cherished within a corporate ecosystem he feels to be different from the others.

“I was immediately impressed by Teddy: I listened to Vittorio Tadei speaking as he was not the owner but a man who gave opportunities, who looked at people for what they were and not for their resumes”, says Raffaele. The idea of building a strong Company to help your neighbor, your friend is an approach that got me involved. His words made me grow as a person”.  Abruzzo, Molise, a part of Puglia and Malta: just like many of his colleagues Raffaele’s life is an uninterrupted series of meetings, new store openings and problems to be solved, of course. “It is one of the aspects I love most about my job, trying to solve daily critical issues in the quickest way possible. Stores are like a living organism, each one different from the other, with their constant staff turnover and according to the way you approach them, people are more open and talk to you”.  I go ahead because there is the opportunity to discuss with people, to build working relationships going beyond work, you can feel their respect, their love, they even remember your Saint’s day. Saint Raffaele (Raphael) falls twice a year, on October 24th and September 29th.

In the middle of all his travelling, there is an essential stop, Pescara. The town he loves most where he lives with his wife and their two children. On the beach in summer, the mountains in winter, the bond with his land is visceral, just like Rimini was for Vittorio and the many Rimini people who work at Teddy today and whose inescapable horizon is the Adriatic Sea, filling their hearts with new dreams and driving them to always take one step further. It is that step further Palladinetti wishes to take within Teddy as he is still young and the Company runs towards the future to gain a large market share.

“The Company is changing. The growth is paced by our work but also by an ever-changing market, where materials, technologies and customers always change. The ones today are not the same of the beginning. Our strength is the attention to customers, but it is an attention we must constantly cultivate”.
