Care for people

Valuing people in every daily action
Taking care of people is how we build a company that makes a difference every day. At Teddy, putting people at the center is a concrete commitment: creating healthy, safe, human work environments, and offering opportunities for personal and professional growth for everyone.

To ensure ethical and more sustainable working conditions, we have long implemented a continuous process of monitoring, evaluating, and improving the social performance of our suppliers. Our Code of Conduct clearly and transparently defines the principles that govern our operations and relationships with partners. Furthermore, we actively participate in important initiatives that promote a responsible fashion system.
Teddy wants to be the ideal place for those seeking a meaningful journey, an experience that adds taste and flavor to existence, beyond the individual dimension, where results go beyond numbers.
We accompany our people with training programs, welfare, parental support, and attention to the quality of relationships. This applies to those who work with us, and to those who share our vision in stores, offices, warehouses, and the territories where we are present.
"Care for People" means believing that the true success of a company is measured by the happiness, trust, and well-being of those who live it. This is where our way of doing business begins: from a profound idea of respect, listening, and belonging.
