Being a company for us means acting every day with responsibility towards people, communities, and the environment. With Everyone Can, we have given a name and direction to our commitment: a collective journey that combines daily actions and a long-term vision, to have a concrete and lasting effect.

We believe that everyone can make a difference. For this reason, we promote a way of doing business that integrates ethics, attention, and care in every decision. It is not just about objectives, but about a structured cultural approach that guides our choices and gives value to every relationship.

We are aware that we cannot face the challenges ahead alone, as we are part of a complex ecosystem, and our individual initiatives would have too limited an effect. Therefore, we continue to adhere to multi-stakeholder initiatives of the fashion system that generate greater international impact, including ZDHC, Global Fashion Agenda, Cascale, Textile Exchange, Science Based Target initiatives, or projects such as the EIS promoted by the International Labour Organization.

For us, sustainability is a concrete and shared action, which takes shape through three pillars: Corporate Citizenship, Care for People, Heal the Planet. Three ways of taking care of the present, imagining a more just, inclusive, and regenerative future.

Our corporate culture, which originates in the Dream, constantly reminds us of our responsibility towards the needs of communities, particularly young people and the inclusion of vulnerable people in the world of work. We act with the aim of generating shared value, supporting social, cultural, and educational projects that improve people's lives, convinced that success is also measured by the ability to leave a positive and lasting impact around us.

The effects of human impact on the planet are becoming increasingly disruptive, calling us to a decisive and shared change of course. We must rethink not only how we design garments, but our entire approach as a whole, from stores to logistics.
