Territory, people, relationships: our commitment
For us, being corporate citizens means acting with awareness and responsibility, through a social commitment program inspired by Vittorio Tadei's vision and formalized in the Dream.

We want to create a corporate community attentive to the needs of people, especially young people and the most vulnerable, through initiatives such as corporate volunteering, the activation of pathways for high school students, and support for non-profit organizations in which our employees are involved.
We want to generate a positive impact in the territories where the company is present and not, supporting educational, training, and social projects aimed at the growth of young people, the promotion of skills, and the fight against poverty.
In this context, the cultural and training work carried out by the Gigi Tadei Foundation also represents a precious piece, consistent with our vision of the company as a generative place.

The Gigi Tadei Foundation was established in 2014 in memory of Luigi Tadei, Vittorio's son, who passed away in 2006. It is part of the shareholding structure of the parent company T&M Holding S.p.A. Its mission is to preserve and carry forward Luigi and Vittorio Tadei's passion for young people and the most vulnerable, supporting social works in Italy and worldwide. As a shareholder of the T&M Holding S.p.A. group, the foundation formally commits to donating part of its profits for charitable purposes, playing a fundamental role in preserving Teddy's Dream through charitable and social works, also thanks to dividends deriving from Teddy S.p.A.'s profits.
The Corporate Citizenship Program is, in summary, the expression of Teddy's deep identity: a company that puts people at the center and chooses to be a driver of good for the community.

Since 2022, all new hires at Italian offices are trained and involved in the Corporate Citizenship program;
Extension of the Food Collection initiative in favor of the Fondazione Banco Alimentare Onlus to employees of direct Italian stores since 2022;
Constant increase since 2022 in employees involved in corporate volunteering.
Increase employees involved in corporate volunteering activities, through the possibility of new experiences;
Increase the impact of food collection carried out both at headquarters and at direct stores in Italy;
Activate corporate citizenship projects at the group's foreign companies.
