The numbers are the tangible testimony of a growth path that is proceeding at a sustained pace. The Teddy Group experienced a 2025 in which it reached new milestones, and in 2026 its development is moving forward: the workforce of the Rimini-based company, an international leader in the clothing sector with the Terranova, Calliope, Rinascimento, and Qb24 brands, has reached 4,005 employees, while revenue has exceeded 800 million euros with 103 new openings and a global expansion driven by retail and digital.

There are over 900 physical stores worldwide. The milestone of a thousand stores is close, 65 years after the company was founded by Vittorio Tadei.

"It is a milestone that we are approaching with satisfaction – explains CEO Alessandro Bracci – but which does not represent our ultimate goal. We have always preferred to speak of sustainable growth rather than growth at all costs: we open a store when we are convinced that it can express its potential and generate value for the local area, people, and partners. We will continue to seize the opportunities that we consider consistent with this vision, maintaining due flexibility in an international context that remains in continuous evolution."

Results that take on further value considering the complex phase for the clothing sector. "We continue to make decisions consistent with our approach – observes Bracci –: investing in people, innovating continuously, and maintaining a long-term outlook."

The new milestones achieved by the Teddy Group "also pass through the ability to offer people real conditions to express their talent – the snapshot of the Rimini-based company – in the awareness that they are the real engine of success, as well as the key to a solid and sustainable future."

For this reason, the group has developed an articulated system of training, professional development, and welfare. A path that has its reference point precisely in Rimini, where Teddy is headquartered. Here are 'Le Palestre' (The Gyms), the spaces dedicated to retail training where every year over 300 people from different countries prepare to cover roles of responsibility in Teddy stores, including abroad.

"The growth of people finds concreteness in internal professional paths," points out the company. Emblematic is the story of Mara Cuccù, who joined in 2009 for a summer job and is today the coordinator of the Terranova women's collections.
