Dream, Vision, Mission




OUR DREAM "This is the dream if Teddy's founder. He has set it down on paper in the hope and indeed certainty that it will become the business culture for all those who work for the company both internally and externally, today, tomorrow and in the future. Our dream is to build up a large, global company with a huge turnover. This turnover would allow the company to expand and create jobs, and part of its annual net profits would be used to hel the less fortunate, through social work both in Italy and abroad.Our dream is to build up a company in which people, both young and more mature, manage to give their lives meaning through their work.Our dream is to build up a company where for every five so-called "normal" employees, there is one with problems, and that the five so-called "normal" employees will assist those who are less fortunate in their work and help them live a normal life. Only through work can peolple earn dignity.Our dream is to create a courageous managerial group, which is responsible, competent, fearlessly faces the future, and manages to transmit such values to those who follow in their footsteps"

 

OUR VISION
"To make its dream come true, Teddy aims to become a global company, a leading network of companies in the clothing sector, a company that has the courage abd determination to transform its dream into reality. This is already a company which has always had the courage to fight, to change continuously, and to criticise itself, to expand, and to rely on people, not simply by taking their qualifications into consideration, but their enthusiasm for their work too. This company has had the courage to rely on people who perhaps did not have many qualifications but who had and indeed continue to have a great sense of belonging, since it is only this kind of person, who has the enthusiasm and ability to hand down a dream, a vision and estabilshed values from generation of workers. Values are, in fact, the "bond" which ties human relations, and the foundations which creativity and human motivation can be solidly buil on. Only those companies who are able to hand down a dream, a vision and strong values from one generation to another will have a future. All the others will slowly peter out as they have no "soul". I am convinced that this type of culture is already an integral part of so many of the people involved in Teddy."

 

OUR MISSION
"Teddy's mission is to become the leading company in the distribution of fashion clothing at reasonable prices. Teddy has already reached this aim and maintains its position easily. This is because it does not make this mission its end, but rather a means to making a dream and vision come true, and transmit its wrong values from one generation to another."
